Return process
a. Contact us:
To make a return, you must contact our customer service with your order number, a description of the problem, and photo documentation.
b. Approval:
Returns must first be approved. Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you of our decision and further instructions.
c. Return shipping (Sweden):
If your return is approved, you are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and packaging. A fee of 74 SEK for the return label will be deducted from your refund amount, as well as a handling fee of 19 SEK .
d. Return shipping (International):
For international returns, the return label is priced at the same amount as the shipping you paid when ordering. In addition, a handling fee of 19 SEK is deducted.
We do not accept returns if:

The item is used or shows signs of wear.

The 30-day return period has been exceeded.

The item is not properly packaged.

The item has been exposed to smoke, fragrances or other substances.

Hangtags have been removed or damaged.

The item is not the original item we sent you.
👉 Remember to include a note with your order number in the return package.
Refunds
a. Eligibility:
Refunds are only given for goods that are returned in original condition and meet our return requirements.
b. Treatment:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be returned to the original payment method.
Non-returnable goods
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food)

Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom-made items, engraved items)

Personal care products (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Changes
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
It is not possible to change the size – you must instead return the item and place a new order in the correct size.
