Shipping & delivery
Lost/Missing packages
CIÈLE is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. Always check that both the billing and delivery addresses are correct before completing your order. If the error is ours, we will of course take full responsibility and resend your order at no extra cost.
Customs and fees
We are not responsible for any customs or import fees after the goods have been shipped. When you purchase our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may be incurred upon arrival in your country.
Delivery time

Handling time: 2–3 business days

Shipping time: 4–7 business days
⏳ The total delivery time is therefore 4–8 weekdays.
Please note that delivery time does not include any delays in customs processing or local conditions beyond our control.
Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may not be available for free shipping.
Frequently asked questions:
“My tracking says 'No information available'” → For some shipping companies, it may take 1-3 business days for the tracking to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
Multiple packages in one order
For logistical reasons, items ordered in the same order may be sent in separate packages, even if you have requested combined delivery.
Shipping outside the EU
For orders shipped outside the EU, we only offer home delivery and do not deliver to parcel service providers.
All shipments outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place), which means that the recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
We do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
